Important: Please be aware that additional taxes and duties may apply to your order when it arrives into the country of destination.

Please note: Due to the COVID-19, shipping services for some destinations have been disrupted or suspended. We are not able to guarantee our shipping times at this time.


Order Processing Time


The 'Order Processing Time' is the estimated time between the date an order was placed and when it will leave our warehouse. Our warehouse starts processing your order as soon as received on Mondays to Fridays (we do not currently ship on weekends).


Please allow 1-2 business days for the handling of your order prior to shipping.


All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.


Taxes & Duties


The prices on our website do not include taxes, duties or shipping.

The Perfect Underwear does not cover duties or taxes. Your country’s customs office may charge you import duties and taxes. The fees incurred for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel and will be charged upon arrival. The Perfect Underwear has no control over these charges.

Order Tracking Information


Once an order has shipped, you will be notified by email. Express shipment includes a tracking link. You can use the link to track your parcel’s progress at the FedEx website. Standard shipment has no tracking number. Please contact us if your parcel takes more than 6 weeks and has not been delivered.  admin@theperfectunderwear.com


Damaged/Refused Shipments


In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact admin@theperfectunderwear.com so we can find a solution for you.


If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.



Redirecting an Order/Address Updates


We are not able to redirect orders or make address updates once the order has dispatched. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order.


If customer being away from home or neglecting the delivery, if the carrier have tried to deliver it multiple times over one weeks and if your item have been returned to us, customer will be responsible for the cost of second time shipment.


Delivered Successfully, but didn't receive your parcel


If package status have arrive at your address but you have not received the package please contact your post office that responds in your area, in this case our shop cannot contact them for you.
