Can I cancel my order once placed?

As we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we regret that it is usually not possible for us to handle change or cancel requests once an order has been submitted. Please ensure that you have verified your order details prior to submission, especially the billing and shipping address. The Perfect Underwear can be contacted during business hours but if we are unable to facilitate an order change or cancellation request, you may process a return under our 100 days policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

International deliveries usually take 3-5 Business days with our express shipping.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the handling of your order prior to shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. 

When purchasing your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.

Credit card details are never stored on our website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway (2Checkout or PayPal) for authorization and authentication.

Where can I apply a discount code?

To enter a coupon code during check-out, look for the green text 'Got a discount code?' above the order summary. Simply click and type to enter your coupon code. Make sure you click “Apply”.

We offer a 100-day return policy. Please note that we do not refund or exchange used underwear, we are sure you understand why.

Where is the underwear manufactured?

Our underwear made in China at the same manufacturing company where many other high-end underwear brands are being made.

When will you sell underwear for women?

Women's underwear is currently on the drawing board, and we hope to have a release date soon.

How do I wash The Perfect Underwear?

The Perfect Underwear is made of Bamboo fibre, it belongs to the short fibre, all of short fibre is easy pilling. The bamboo fabric is more softer,breathable and comfortable , this is it good side. Meanwhile pilling is normal phenomenon of bamboo fabric after rubbing and inevitable.

In order to reduce pilling, we have to reduce friction. When washing, little detergent is enough, do not scrub it hard and prevent sharp things and insolation. It is the best to use laundry bag and when machine wash.

Damaged or lost

What if my order is lost or damaged in the mail?

What do I do if my The Perfect Underwear is defective or damaged in any way?

My tracking information shows as "delivered" but I don't have the package and no notice has been left at my residence, what should I do?
