14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at The Perfect Underwear. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.
This right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
How to withdraw from your purchase
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the agreement before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by:
- Completing and submitting the withdrawal form below
- Sending us an email with your details and order number
It is sufficient that you send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the item
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must send or hand the item back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw.

You bear the direct cost of returning the item.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the item.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which, for health-protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, where the seal has been broken after delivery
